MARIA CARMEN

Mª Carmen studied at the Alicante Conservatory Oscar Esplá. In 2000 she finished her studies at D. Francisco Florido Tenllado, with the highest qualifications. After obtaining a grant from the Institute Valencia of music, she perfected her Michel Lethiec knowledge in C.N.R. Nice obtaining Medaille d'Honeur par unanimité. She has studied with prestigious clarinetists such as Anthony Pay, Yehuda Gilah, Jose Luis Estelles ,Joan Enric LLuna and Isaac Rodriguez among others.

Between 2002 and 2004 she was with the National Youth Orchestra of Spain. Maria Carmen has also been a member of the Alicante Symphony Orchestra and soloist in the Orquesta Barroca Valenciana. She was a member of the Orchestra of the Academy of Gran Teatre de Liceu until 2008. Additionally, she has been invited by several orchestras as Orquesta de Granada (Conductor: Josep Pons), the Orchestra of Great Teatro del Liceu, Orquesta Pablo Sarasate of Pamplona and the Orchestra of Peralada Festival.
